Shipping Your Package
Products listed in our catalogs are generally available from stock, departing from our Grandcour or Corcelles-près-Payerne warehouses.
If shipping is not possible within 48 hours, or if the merchandise is temporarily out of stock, the expected delivery date will be provided in a separate email. If an order cannot be delivered in a single shipment, shipping costs will not be charged for subsequent deliveries related to that order. In all cases, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the manufacturer.
The standard shipping method is DHL Swisspack, which requires a signature upon delivery. In most cases, your order is delivered within 24 hours. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you, upon request, with a link that will allow you to track your package online. Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. As a general rule, we cannot combine two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk according to DHL's terms and conditions; special care is taken with packaging and with packages containing fragile items. If the recipient is absent or unreachable, and a second delivery needs to be arranged. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
For environmental and economic reasons (reduced by shipping costs), packages are generally protected and packed with recycled materials whenever possible.
Returns Policy
Merchandise is shipped at the recipient's expense and risk. Any damage must be reported immediately to the carrier (postal service, railway, road transport) so that a report can be drawn up.
Claims concerning the ordered merchandise must be notified immediately upon delivery; otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted.
PAMATREX SA grants a 7-business-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery and undertakes to accept returns, provided that the products are undamaged, unopened, and still in their original packaging.
