Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included.
Items benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) that we ask you to keep carefully. The following are not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to Pamatrex. In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment terms

Payment on invoice is granted by default to our regular customers. Please note that this payment method is reserved for our customers who have already placed (and paid for) at least one order. If you are a new customer, an advance payment will be requested. You can pay by bank transfer or via the Paypal platform. We can also be happy to provide you with an invoice with a QR code that you can pay by e-banking or via your preferred payment method.

Delivery and transport

The available items are sent via DHL within 1 to 2 days normally. A contribution from you is requested only once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: Pamatrex does not deliver its packages to PO boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, unless written authorization is given by the parents or guardian

Return or exchange of goods

The items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receiving your package. The shipping costs related to the return are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are usually also your responsibility.

Legal guarantees

Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to report to us any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to enable us to remedy them.

Data protection

We have ethics! All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.

Applicable law and legal venue

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of Broye et Nord Vaudois.
