Product function: Cleaner for salt electrolysis cells
Most salt electrolysis systems are equipped with an automatic cleaning system that prevents limescale deposits on the electrodes. However, if the water is very hard or if the descaling function of the salt electrolysis system is insufficient, the cell must be cleaned manually. Cell Renov removes limescale, rust, and other stubborn deposits from the cell blades.

Instructions for Use

1. Turn off the salt electrolysis system and the circulation pump, then close the valves on the bypass lines where the electrolysis cell is located.
2. Removing the electrolysis cell: Please follow the manufacturer's instructions.
3. If limescale deposits are present on the cell plates: Fill a container with undiluted Cell Renov, then immerse the cell plates in this solution until the limescale is completely dissolved.
4. Rinse the cell with clean water and reinstall it.
5. Open the valves on the bypass lines containing the electrolysis cell and restart the circulation pump and the salt electrolysis system.

Product Description

Concentrated liquid cleaner and descaler.

Contains:
Hydrochloric acid (5-15%)
Cationic surfactants (< 5%), fragrance

Note: To avoid damaging the cell, do not handle it mechanically, for example by rubbing or brushing. Remove the cell from the acid solution immediately after the limescale has dissolved.

Important notes: Never mix chemicals with other chemicals, whether in solid form or concentrated solutions! When preparing solutions, always add the product to the water, not the other way around.
