Tangit Rigid PVC Adhesive

Rigid PVC adhesive (only!) in a 125g tube.

Features:

PVC pipe adhesive / cold weld. Suitable for high pressure (up to 16 bar), low pressure, and drainage systems.
Compensates for tolerances up to 0.6 mm.
Easy application: gel adhesive.
Application: PVC adhesive for bonding pipes (tubes and fittings): For pressurized cold water distribution, wastewater or rainwater drainage, industrial installations, transport of liquid or gaseous fluids, cable conduits, and gutters.
Can also be used to bond other rigid PVC components.

The open time of the PVC adhesive varies depending on the ambient temperature and the thickness of the adhesive film. 
Density at 20°C: 930 to 970 kg/m³.
Brookfield viscosity: 1800 to 3500 mPa·s.
Flash point: -20°C.
Open time: 4 min at 20°C.
Temperature resistance: Matches that of PVC-U (approx. 60°C).
Chemical resistance: Bond durability—particularly regarding inorganic acids—depends on pipe tolerances, adhesive drying time, pressure, temperature, and the type and concentration of the acids.
